My mission is to empower people to get back to doing what they love, by being stronger, steadier and more confident.

I am a chartered and state registered physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience both in the NHS and private sector.  What has kept me in this profession for so long is more than a simple joy of “helping people”, rather it is the shared empowerment I exchange and experience with my patients during the course of treatment and at the end when my support is no longer essential. Watching my patients overcome self-limiting beliefs and physical challenges gives me a great sense of excitement, because I believe too many people are neglected or discouraged by the professionals who should be supporting them the most, which causes many to give up on themselves. When building a relationship with my patients I feel fulfilled by being someone that they can trust to have faith in their ability and be there to celebrate their small, big, mental and physical wins related to their physiotherapy journey. I believe everyone should be given the chance to get back to what they love, in original or adapted ways. Being a physio is not just my job, it is my passion and with every session I not only aim to inspire but hope to be inspired too.

I suffered life-changing injuries but with Lisa’s help and guidance my confidence grew and I have been able to get back to walking. I never thought this would be possible.

I can’t recommend Lisa enough! Thank you so much.

Getting you back to doing what you love.

How can I help?

Whether you have had an injury, have a life goal (to play with your grandkids, walk the dog) or are in need of guidance to create strength and movement, my aim is always to allow you to go back to doing what you love.
